Damn...my wrist again.

Yesterday I worked my shoulders and felt a litle paind on my previous injured wrist doing lateral raises.
It happens that I did my last sust shoot 18 days ago and my last eq shoot yesterday....so I guess that it´s to soon to think that the injury is due to lack of gear in my body. The previous time I injured my wrist was while going out of deca/winny and I wasn´t able to lift a weight for 6 months. Of course I lose all my gains (and more).
I think that I will try corticoids this time, don´t wanna lose my gains....what do you guys think?
Thanks

Consider corticosteroids as a last option. Keep your wrist immobilized for a few days.Try some OTC heat rubs and the RICE method may help as well. Failing this I would recommend that you seek a doctor's assistance. Why would you think that a lack of steroids results in injuries (barring the deca lubricates joints theory). Overtraining, using too much weight and improper form are more likely factors that can contribute to these problems. Rest up and get some help bro. Good luck.

My last injury was also when finishing a cycle....I don´t think it´s casuality. Also cortisol levels drop after a cycle.

I wouldn't add heat to any injury.
When you have an injury their is inflamation.
Then main thing you want to do is reduce that inflamation.
You're not specific on what exactly is your wrist problem.
Is it the joints? The ligaments? The Tendons? The bones themselves?
It's very hard to diagnose without all the facts, and exactly how you injured it.
Need more info.
But the main thing is you want to ice that sucker down as much as you can to reduce the inflamation. Also try taking 800 mg of ibuprofin 3 times a day for about 3-4 weeks. It will help alot. You have to take it for at least 2 weeks straight in order for you to build it up in your system.
