Again, speaking as a Jew here... the Arabs are almost indistinguishable from Sephardic Jews in appearance. Just as Sephardic Jews very closely resembly Greeks, Italians, and most other Mediterranean peoples.
In America, most people associate the appearance of Askenazic (Eastern European) Jews with what they consider to be stereotypical Jewish features.
