dairy while cutting up?

Hey what do you think about dairy products while you are trying to cut up. Is it good or bad, or does it not make a difference. My goal is to get as lean as possible and I do endulge in greek yogurt once a day before bed as a snack. Debating if I should cut it out. I have a lot of mixed info on this which is weird, why is that?
 
I dont see a problem with dairy as long as you're eating the dairy with probiotics.
