D-Bol Questions...

What would be the least amount you could take a day and still be effective. and...Does the dosage make a difference in how much water you retain? If you take 10mg or 25mg, does it even matter? Will you retain just as much?
 
30mg is the lowest I'd ever go under any circumstance. You won't retain much water on that dosage. I'd even say in most cases you could go up to 50mg and not experience much water retention...

I don't really consider 50mg alot. But others may. That's what makes the world go around I guess. I really don't see 20mg more of dbol a day really turning anyone into a gyno ridden, pimple faced, bloated monster though. I started off at 35mg and really didn't see much difference in sides when I upped it to 50mg. I saw more results though. But this is only my opinion...

I'm one of the lucky few who don't experience many sides. My skin actually clears up during a cycle and I really don't have much of a problem with water retention or gyno. The only real side I can say that I've experienced off of dbol was insomnia, which can be a pain in the ass at times. Another side I get is a lower back pump during certain exercises. But I really wouldn't consider that a legitimate side...
 
If it's your first cycle, I would start with 20mg first, just like I did, and if the sides are'nt so bad, after 1,2 weeks, up the dosage.
