I have a problem with catabolism . My natrural test is high-normal but my cortisol is slightly above normal, and i haven't been training for awhile .I've tried all the tricks to avoid catabolism short intense sessions ;long rest periods ; aminos and carbs during and directly afterwards , but even with all this i start overtraining within four weeks - i start losing size and strength , even with a 100% clean mass gain diet .
So this is my question could i take d-bol before and after training (only on training days) to prevent catabolism whilst training (i know d-bol is ineffective to cycle alone but im not looking for a cycle i merely looking for an anti-catabolic whilst training)?
