D-bol all at once or spaced out?

I am starting off with 10 mg a day of my dbol/test/deca cycle my d-bols are 5mg and i take one in the morning and one before i lift just to start off, have u guys ever heard of 5mg dbols? they are small pink octagons
 
To Shrimp: im starting my 1st dbol cycle and i take 2 thai dbol 5mgs(the pink ones) with breakfast then give it about 2-3 hrs for digestion and circulation and hit the gym, the pump is great but ill tell u that i take another 5mg with my post workout meal and another 5mg a couple hrs before bed, so thats 20mg. Im not saying that youre doing anything wrong in fact just 10 mgs of dbol increases your test about 5 fold,but the avg novice or beginner will usually take 20-30mgs a day, so if youre looking to stretch it out to an 8 or 10 week cycle it would reccomend you double your dose and cut it to 4 -6 weeks and the dbol will act like a crazy ass booster

Like Ulter said, once when you wake up and once in the afternoon..personally I take it when i wake up and about 45 min before a workout...I understand the concept of wanting to keep your blood levels stable...but in theory your not going to wake up in the middle of the night to pop a pill ..are you? Because if your concerned with keeping levels stable then you would need to do this....that being said...your only going to do 10mgs/day?? Thats just a waste...
 
I've spread it out through the day before and taken them all at once.... I prefer to take them all at once but dbol for me is only to pump me up in the gym... other than that I don't look for to much with my dbol.... I usually just jumpstart my test cycle with 3 weeks of 40mg's ED of dbol
 
If you are going to take 5 mg pills, then take 1 pill every 3-4 hours depending on how much you are taking. This will keep your blood levels constant, which is what building muscle is all about. It is a complete waste of your money to take it all right before you workout. That is horrible advice! You do not build muscle when you workout, but instead you build it during the rest and recovery phase.

The reason it takes steroids a few days to a few weeks to start really working is all about blood levels. Some people do not understand this. D-bol has a half life of a few hours (3-4 give or take). This means that after those 3-4 hours the drug is only 1/2 as strong (or in your blood) as it was before. If you take another pill than theoritcally your blood would be at about 1.5 times as strong as compared to the first pill. Your blood levels constantly drop the amount of drug in its system, but with regular adminstration you can keep a good amount of it in your system, and if taken often enough will be able to grow the amount in your bloodstream.

I may or may not be an exception, but my 1st cycle I used dbol at 30mgs along with Sust, and got pretty big pretty fast. Ever since that cycle, when I use dbol, I only use 20-25mgs and I get the same results. My body may have a high affinity for this type of drug, but the point is if this is your 1st time with dbol you do not need to start out with a high dosage.

Depends what you are taking it with...lots of guys are going to tell you to take spread out to keep blood levels consistant but I would rather take it all about an hour before I work out personally...this gives you a great boost pre workout and if you are using other injectables then who cares if your blood levels are consistant with dbal!!! get that strength for your workout


I agree. One hour before training I pour a whole bottle in a bowl, add milk and eat them like they're Lucky Charms.
 
I take every 4 hours other than a double dose 2 hrs before workouts and immediately following.
