I have a thyroid problem, so I am on 125 mcg of cytomel and 2 grains of Armour. muscle recovery stinks, strength isn't there anymore, I know that cytomel can't distinguish between fat and muscle, so how can I still work out and gain my strength back? leg workouts have become increasingly painful, taking up to a week to recover. I don't intend to give up I may be 51 but there is always room for improvement
