Well, I am barely able to pull in my caloric requirements as of now, and when Air Force Pt starts and I need another 500-700 calories 3 days a week, I'm going to need a weight gainer shake to get these calories. I have been looking at some differnt brands, but the cytogainer looks to be promising because it uses complex carbs.
So, should I get the cytogainer or opt for another one?
