Personally I wouldn't put two methyls together. At least at that high of a dose. I think the sides will outweigh the gains. Stick with the 1-T, M-Drol or H-Drol, and another non methyl. 1-T and another methylated DS would probably be more than enough imo.

As long as the two methyls together don't exceed a high dose, stacking them doesn't really matter.

If I did 40mg monsterdrol or 40mg p-plex, doing 20 & 20 is exactly the same. (but still, that's a high dose)

You're right. 60mg of any methyl DS is a little much. Especially when you are talking about the two strongest and the two with the worse sides. I would rather err on the side of caution. I would run one or the other or a low dose of each.

What ever you decide to run keep us posted.

Totaly agree. That's why my response above suggests using trenXXL or ICON cuz they are non methyls.

3 week update:

I don't have a ton to report since last week. However, I was upset to find that I'm back down to 186. I'm not sure what might have caused me to lose 4 lbs in a week. I did run out of protein, weight gainer and BCAAs. However, I've been using some old METRX and some weight gainer my roommate has while waiting for my restock to arrive. Other than that, everything is good. My workouts have been solid, and my strength has improved. I have one more week before I switch off of 1-t and P-Plex and onto the Monsterdrol. I'll upload a 4 week progress photo next Monday.

If you run out of stuff and need an emergency supply, run to the local store and buy a small quantity.

You can't go without protein and stuff broheim.


And weight isn't the biggest deal. You wouldn't have dropped 4 pounds of muscle like that. It's impossible unless you ate 500 calories a day.

P-plex makes you retain water. Your body may have tried to ditch the water and successfully done so. Bloat can fluctuate. If you are still improving your lifts, then you are fine.

If you are loking better in th emirror, that's what counts. Take some measurements of your arms, chest and thighs. Measurements are good indicators.

This totally normal for P-plex,it bloats you for the first few weeks then you harden up. Every one experiences the same issue on it.

That makes me feel a lot better, because while I haven't been perfect on diet, I have been pretty good. I'll just keep hitting it hard and see where I get. I'm hoping to be as close to 200 as possible and strong as hell in another 5 weeks.

Phase 1 of my stack is complete. I took my last dose of 1-T and P-Plex yesterday. This morning, I got started on Monsterdrol. I'm also taking Dermacrine along with it just because I happened to have a full bottle laying around. When I get home from the gym tonight, I'll put a 4 week status up with a photo. In the first 4 weeks of this stack, I put on about 10lbs of muscle and actually dropped a little bit of fat. I'm totally thrilled with the results thus far and look forward to seeing what I get from the Monsterdrol. My diet has been a little low on calories for the last few days because I've been traveling, but I'm back at around 3,500 calories today and plan to continue that through the next 4 weeks at which time I'll begin PCT.

4 Week Progress Report
It's hard to believe 4 weeks have already passed by. As I already stated, I'm now off the P-Plex and 1-T and on Monsterdrol and Dermacrine. My workout today was great. My strength is way up. I'm having a really easy time with weight that gave me trouble before. I'm trying to take JAM's advice and pace myself since my strength is developing faster than my joints. It's definitely hard to do now that things are so easy, but speaking from experience, I definitely don't want to go through another serious injury. My weight was down a few pounds today, but that's seems pretty common for me following the weekends. I've mostly cut out alcohol completely now other than a glass of wine here and there. I think in the long run, that's really going to help. My diet has been very clean although I need to up the intake a bit. I'm really going to focus on that now that I've started the Monsterdrol. With all the great things I've heard, I'm very excited to see the results. I'll pipe in with anything I notice over the next couple weeks and will post another progress report with a new picture in 2 weeks.

Here is a comparison of 1st and 4th weeks side by side. Kinda hard to tell because one picture your further away from the camera than the other but definitely getting bigger.

Your arms are looking a lot thicker and fuller.

Focus on your chest more. They are the lagging feature in your physique. When you do presses, press with your chest and not with your arms. Make the pecs do the work.

Trust me, I definitely know this. I've always really struggled with my chest, and my arms have always gotten big quickly. I've been working out chest twice a week to try to catch up. I also think what you said about focusing on the chest is true. I probably do rely on my arm strength a bit when doing chest exercises. I've been doing a lot of cable flys lately as well. They seem to isolate my chest better than any other exercise.

Screw the flies. Do them AFTER you press heavy. You can isolate the chest pleny with dumbbells.

Quick Update

I've been on Monsterdrol only one week now, and I'm already loving it. I'm almost always down in weight after the weekend, but I was up 3lbs today. I suggest bumping up the PWO carbs and protein like I said in my previous post. The rest of your diet can remain the same, but get in lots of carbs and protein PWO. If you take 1 cup of 100% grape juice with your 2 scoops waxy maize that will give you some simple sugars for insulin response. Grape juice sugar is dextrose, not sucrose or fructose. It will help with the insulin and nutrient shuttleing into the muscles without making your body want to store as much fat.

And do 60mg or so protein.

Thanks! I'll give that a try. I'm about 7 lbs away from my target weight, but any additional muscle weight I can put on before PCT would be great.

Yeah, you need the nutrients in your body asap. Waiting 45 minutes gives your body 45 minutes in a broken down catabolic state. Creatine PWO does not repair muscle.

Take the monsterdrol pre workout, not post. And uricare with the waxy/creatine.

And just a word of warning, taking these two 15 minutes apart with lots of water/fluid is gonna make you have to piss like crazy. lol.

It was based upon the fact that he said he has not gained any BF. If he had gained some BF, I wouldn't have suggested increasing the carbs because it would apparently have been sufficient or possibly even excessive. And an extra 30 grams of carbs PWO and 20 grams protein would hardly make you fat in the least, and in fact will only increase muscle recovery. Whatever dude.

Besides that, his goal is to gain some mass. He's gained 13 lbs and no BF increase, and you need to keep increasing the caloric intake to keep gaining weight and muscle. PWO is a good time to do it because the muscles are ready to recieve the nutrients and are less likely to be stored as fat.

Why don't you post up a pic? Let's see how big and lean you are. If you look good, I will commend you. For someone who talks like a hardcore expert everywhere he steps, you've never done anything to show for it.

Simply adding more cabs and protein to a PWO isn't necessarily going to make your muscle gains increase or lean body mass increase. The increased calories need to be added in conjunction to his (or anyone else's) current diet. Last I remember reading (yes I have posted quite a bit on this thread) the OP was already eating about 3500 calories. This may be a bit much for a him (and is probably high for most beginners)

Speaking of diet , some of us dont have the same views on PWO nutrition. IMHO Pre-workout nutrition is a much bigger factor in preventing muscle micro trauma and delaying metabolic acidosis then PWO nutrition. The complete diet should be looked at not just PWO macros

Sorry to sound condescending. Building muscle takes time. Swallowing more protein and carbs PWO isn't necessarily going to speed things up.

That is some really good input and ideas. You are absolutely right. The whole diet needs to be good, not just PWO. And yes the pre-workout diet is also critical. I failed to pay attention to that and you pointed it out. That's why having multiple people checking stuff out and giving input makes the whole thread better and more helpful to the person asking for advice o rinput because nobody remembers, knows or catches everything everytime.


More doesn't always equal better like you said. Had jugarelly said "I'm gaining a little BF" or something, I would have never thought to suggest adding more food anywhere during the day.

Perhaps my suggestion to add 30grams waxy and 20 grams protein would be better place pre-workout along with his anabolic chaos, as anabolic chaos does not have any calories in it.

The guys bodyweight went down. The first sentence says you can't go without protein , but then you state you wouldn't have lost 4 lb of muscle like that. The second sentence is absolutely correct. The 4lb is most probably fat and water due to increased activity. What should have been said is that the 4lb loss is actually a good thing, not a bad thing. In order to increase lean and fat free mass there is some weight you will WANT TO LOSE even if you're bulking.

Secondly Since the OP lost 4 lb during this week would it be possible for the OP to post what his diet was like during this period. Its possible that the OP was at his maintenance calories during this week and this information would be helpful in determining what calories he should be eating.

Third what type of workout program is the OP on
1. Dogg Crapp
2. HST
3. MadCow or Needsize 5x5
4. Dr Darden style HIT
5. GVT or other higher rep training
6. Mark Rippetoe / Crossfit / 300 style training

I'm just curious why the holes haven't been filled in 10 pages into this thread. With this information we can better advise the OP

Am I going to be audited post to post by you? You are creating a debate and or disputing/analyze stuff out of nothing. Anyone that needs to be told that losing water weight is a good thing and doesn't already know that is possibly mentally handicapped. The guy can put two and two together without talking to him like he's in the 4th grade.

Well, I had a bit of a set back today. The gym I go to was seized by the IRS along with all my prepaid personal training sessions. It has been nice having someone plan out my workouts and change them up every 2 weeks, but I think I'm going to go the more frugal route and get back to making up my own routine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm going to put up a post in the workouts section as well. If you've read through this thread at all, you know I'm bulking and am just trying to add as much muscle as possible. I have about 3 more weeks before PCT, but I'll continue trying to add muscle through PCT and will probably add time onto my cardio afterwards to cut a little fat. I'm already pretty strong in the shoulders and arms. I really want to focus on my chest and back more than anything else. My legs aren't huge, but they're pretty damn strong, so the staple exercises will probably work for them. Thanks in advance.

Wow, your gym got busted? That sucks. You should be able to get your money back. Ya know, just a piece of the 1.5 trillion dolars that congressed has allowed for bailouts and stimulus packags the last 3 months. lol.


You know your body better than anyone else bro. You know what you need to do. You should be able to construct your own pragram based upon what you know. Analyze and figure out what's working fo ryoua nd what's not. Change it up and try alway introduce new growth stimulation either through more weight, more reps or a different excercise to train a particular body part.
