Your arms are looking a lot thicker and fuller.

Focus on your chest more. They are the lagging feature in your physique. When you do presses, press with your chest and not with your arms. Make the pecs do the work.

Trust me, I definitely know this. I've always really struggled with my chest, and my arms have always gotten big quickly. I've been working out chest twice a week to try to catch up. I also think what you said about focusing on the chest is true. I probably do rely on my arm strength a bit when doing chest exercises. I've been doing a lot of cable flys lately as well. They seem to isolate my chest better than any other exercise.

Screw the flies. Do them AFTER you press heavy. You can isolate the chest pleny with dumbbells.

Quick Update

I've been on Monsterdrol only one week now, and I'm already loving it. I'm almost always down in weight after the weekend, but I was up 3lbs today. And, while P-Plex was wet up front and I looked a little bloated, Monsterdrol is totally dry. I look super lean and cut. I can't believe it, but I think I might actually reach my goal of gaining 20lbs. I'll post a photo up next Monday.

Quick Update

4:45pm – 2 scoops of Annabolic Innovations Chaos

5:40pm – workout with water mixed with 2 scoops of Scivation Xtend and 1 tsp of Supplements 911 BCAA

6:45pm – 1 scoop of Champion Nutrition Creatine Xtreme immediately following workout

7:30pm – Post workout shake with 2 scoops of Supplements 911 Ultra Whey Protein and 2 scoops of Dymatize Fluid Waxy Maize, 1 P-Plex, 1 Himilaya Uricare

Immediately following workout: Creatine X-treme with Flud Waxy Maize. Waxy maize wuill help the creatine to absorb quickly.


15-20 minutes later: Protein.



I suggest bumping up the PWO carbs and protein like I said in my previous post. The rest of your diet can remain the same, but get in lots of carbs and protein PWO. If you take 1 cup of 100% grape juice with your 2 scoops waxy maize that will give you some simple sugars for insulin response. Grape juice sugar is dextrose, not sucrose or fructose. It will help with the insulin and nutrient shuttleing into the muscles without making your body want to store as much fat.

And do 60mg or so protein.

Thanks! I'll give that a try. I'm about 7 lbs away from my target weight, but any additional muscle weight I can put on before PCT would be great.

Yeah, you need the nutrients in your body asap. Waiting 45 minutes gives your body 45 minutes in a broken down catabolic state. Creatine PWO does not repair muscle.

Take the monsterdrol pre workout, not post. And uricare with the waxy/creatine.

And just a word of warning, taking these two 15 minutes apart with lots of water/fluid is gonna make you have to piss like crazy. lol.

It was based upon the fact that he said he has not gained any BF. If he had gained some BF, I wouldn't have suggested increasing the carbs because it would apparently have been sufficient or possibly even excessive. And an extra 30 grams of carbs PWO and 20 grams protein would hardly make you fat in the least, and in fact will only increase muscle recovery. Whatever dude.

Besides that, his goal is to gain some mass. He's gained 13 lbs and no BF increase, and you need to keep increasing the caloric intake to keep gaining weight and muscle. PWO is a good time to do it because the muscles are ready to recieve the nutrients and are less likely to be stored as fat.

I'm not. And apparently it's because this type of advice doesn't make him gain to 20% BF. Go figure.


If you have something constructive to say, then by all means please share your thoughts.

This gets old with you guy. If you have something objective or a different idea, post up in a respectable fashion. Explain your reasoning. Otherwise, you don't need to laugh at someone and mock them. It just makes you look like an ass.

Why don't you post up a pic? Let's see how big and lean you are. If you look good, I will commend you. For someone who talks like a hardcore expert everywhere he steps, you've never done anything to show for it.

You could be more constructive bro. Walking around pointing at people and advice with an attitude helps no one.

I have also noticed you follow people like debuff doing this all the time. Lets try to be a team player and not some driving force of useless finger pointing.
