What kind should you use?
There are som many kinds of whey protein, but which ones are better than others? I personally use Whey Protein Isolate. It has a high quality amino acid profile and digests quickly. Isoaltes are superior to concentrates in both purity and quality of the protein. It also costs more, but if you want a quality protein, get something besides concentrate. But, use a whey PWO.
Casein proteins digest slowly. Although derived from milk like whey, it's properties are different from whey. The slower digestion is best suited for sleep, or mixed 50/50 with a morning shake at breakfast(if you train in the P.M.) While sleeping, your body is in a catabolic state. With a higher constant nitrogen level in the blood produced by casein, the body will repair better while sleeping and prevent catabolism. Whey is digested within 3 hours. Do you really want to sleep 5 hours without nutrient uptake? I don't

Bu for real, I was skeptical of SA before I tried it for the first time. I am very impressed by it. It makes me feel great, and really bossts the libido. Chicks dig that! Well, what does it do? What is it for? It is for PCT.
