Do you guys cycle creatine? I heard you should use it 2 months on, 1 month off. What would happen if you don't cycle it and use it straight through? Would you no longer make gains because your body's use to it?
Would mess up your body's natural production if you ever stopped and long term side effects are still kinda hazy. However, don't get me wrong, I am not one of those people that think creatine is bad for you if used properly.
Cycling also makes things cheaper and safer. It puts less stress on your body to take off once in a while and calm the pressures/gains. Building a dependance upon it like everyone else said is also an issue because if you use anything your body naturally produces for long enough you eventually shut down your natural production.
