I have read it is recommended to also 'cycle' creatine, since your body will build tolerances to it like any other chemical. So, while running a cycle, the most sensible thing to do (for me anyways) is to:
Avg cycle length 10 weeks give or take
weeks 1-4 with
weeks 5-8 without
weeks 9-12 with
This gives boost during beginning, leaves no creatine weeks in middle of cycle so you will still be making gains, then takes you through the end of cycle for more gains and to help prevent PCT gain loss.
