Cycle update!!

Today I did my fifth pin of test e. (250mgs) I still feel great. No weight increase this week,(Still at 221lbs) but definitely a body comp change. I am Getting harder and more vascular. I am def improving on that thick dense look. Strength is getting crazy. Worked arms today and got 325 for twelve on closegrip. I am loving this cycle. So easy and I am improving weekly. I hope to keep everyone posted!

Yeah! Test only. I am only pinning once a week. Just 250mgs total. I am keeping it simple. I will def keep everyone posted!!

Congrats! Keep it up.. and dont be afraid to start increasing your cals.. you will be pushing harder in the gym and the test will use those cals to build muscle.
 
No doubt Tom. I am bringing in about 4000 a day. I dont need super insanely high calories to grow. I just dont want the weight I gain to be sloppy!

Bad news... I think I may have developed an abscess. Its about three inches below my pin site. I am super clean with my pinning and the knot just popped up out of nowhere today. Its red around the knot and radiating heat. I feel a bit bad but temp and everything is fine. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

If there isn't an abscess or a head that is leaking and it's still hot to touch and somewhat hard then I would have to say it could be cellulitis! I've had it before and although it can get serious if not taken care of but it's nothing at all like a staph. Simple round of antibiotics will kill it (providing that it is cellulitis). Look that up and see if it matches what u may be experiencing? Hope it helps...

Thanks man. I am gonna check it out!! I have some antibiotics just in case. I started taking them today. Hopefully they will clear it up. What u described is exactly what I am experiencing.

I got the same thing, big knot, red radius and slightly warm. I have read that if it doesnt start to get better around the 72 hour mark, you should get it checked. I have a DR friend and had it checked out and he said it did not like an abcess and about 12 hours after the 72 hour mark the pain diminished some. I had started an antbiotic for a throat problem so I felt I was a little bit covered.

In all the yearsI have been pinning this was by far the worse and had me worried. Like I said it swelled, got red around the area and even warm, but I never got a temperature. I think the pain factor worries us, but there is nothing wrong with getting it checked. I would say if it doesnt get worse, and you dont develop a fever and or a pimple head around the affectd area....give it the 72 hours.

Good luck and I know it is a bit scary! Keep us posted.

Trust me bro, it's probably a form of cellulitis... Nothing worry about just follow thru with the full cycle of antibiotics and u will be fine. It could be caused by pushin the oil in too fast or odd variances such as that.. If u don't have a fever now then it's obviously not staph. U said its a lil below the spot where u pinned right? If so then it's gotta be cellulitis bc staph could only form in an open wound...

Feeling a bit better. The redness has grown but swelling, pain, and discomfort has diminished a good bit. Despite the irritation I was able to get a pretty good back and delt workout! (270 on military for 12!) Hopefully it will be even better tomorrow! Oh... I am also up two more lbs! (Now at 223!) Thanks for the great advice guys!! Hopefully a couple more days and I will be fully healed! More updates coming soon!

If you have an abcess get a doc to drain it asap. You can try on your own but its risky. Hopefully it doesnt progress to were you need meds but get to a doc soon.

Try massaging it with a hot wash cloth ,do this several times for 15 mins ,if you have a vibrater "USE IT" to help break up the oil you should see an improvement in 2-3 days!
 
Now up to 224.5. Feeling great and looking harder. Results have started to slow but I am still loving my progress. Strength is still on up there. Breaking prs it seems every day. 4 more pins left!

So...think I decided to shorten my ten weeks to eight. The gains I have made so far have been really great and I am very happy. I don't see there being another drastic change to occur by pinning the full ten or stopping at eight. This shortened cycle will also give me plenty of time to do my pct before my precontest cycle. Does anyone see any real benefit running the full ten?

I don't think it would hurt either way honestly! If you prepared for 10 then I'd recommend going the 10. If you are truly happy now then just start the pct and cycle off!

That's what I am thinking. I have one more pin this week and that will be my 8th. Then on to the pct!! I am not a greedy gainer. Ha ha.

Thanks man!! I know what u mean about keeping the gains and that is my #1 goal. You do give a great perspective! I will do a bit more thinking before lying final decision. I am actually still gaining as well! Up just a bit over 225lbs but I am actually feeling harder! I might follow through the ten weeks. Ha ha.

Honestly, Man, the best part of the cycle comes after 7-8 weeks. I'm on my 9th week now and feel like fucking Superman and going to 14. Wait and see. These last couple weeks for you are the best!
 
Up a bit more to 226lbs. Think I am gonna go through the full ten weeks. I am not much for measurements but I pulled the tape measure out today for curiosities sake. Arms were 18 3/4 completely cold. Got them to 19 1/4 with a pump. Never thought I would see the day of 19 in arms. Hell yeah!

This is actually my first one man. I was 210lbs at 5'8 and about 13% bf naturally. I am about 226lbs at 15% bf now and I am in my 8th week of a 250mg a week test cycle.

Thanks so much guys for all of the encouraging and inspirational words. It helps to keep me motivated. The positive feedback from u guys means a ton. I take bodybuilding very serious and put everything into it. For me all the time and money I spend is an investment in my future as a bodybuilder. Anybody can go as far as they want if they put their heart and mind to it!

So I did my 9th pin today. It was a little rough. Think I caught my first vein cause it gushed a little blood after I pulled the needle out. No big deal though. There is a little pain in the delt but again, no big deal. I have felt a little down this week in the gym. Down about a pound but its pretty much all water. I took milk out of my diet and its been a little tough. Lol. I am a HUGE milk drinker and it makes a difference. I carry a bit more water when its in my diet but I stay strong like bull and have more energy/endurance. No biggie. I will adapt. I am liking the dry look. Three more weeks til I start my pre contest diet! Whoop!

Hey man GREAT job read the whole thread, but just a question. 250/week, isnt test e supposed to be pinned twice/week for stable blood levels, and isnt 250 a trt dose?

You're obviously making gains so all the power to you, the reason I'm asking is because I'm planning on running the same cycle except 500/week, but I'm smaller than you, wondering if I even need 500 or I should lower it to 400 or something along those lines.

Can you post your cycle in terms of AI's and PCT? Would be pretty helpful, thanks buddy, and again great job.

500mg is fine but theres no reason to jump right into it. I applaud JCMBB for going with 1ml a wk. Even the next time why go 500.....why not go 250 and something with it or even just bump to 375mg wk. no sense piling more on when your growing off a little.

upcoming recomp will be my first AAS in almost 2 yrs. Blast and cruise for the rest of this year if all goes well. I was going to go 500 but i figured why not try 250 for the first 8 weeks then after the cruise go to 375wk.

The guys above have said it all. My first cycle was 250mg PW of test and I gained 20lbs of solid muscle. After PCT, I got to keep 15. I think 250mg pw of test is a perfect first cycle and even a good cycle for those that have been around the block. So many people get caught up with "more is better".

Most of em have misused aas in the past to the point they need a gram I test a week to even see any results! Sad...

Man I would keep it low. There is no need for high amounts. 250 mg is plenty to grow on. Diet and training completely dictate your gains. Go 250! U will be glad u did. Absolutely minimal sides and great gains!

Great post man! Exactly my thinking. Keep it simple and focus on the important things! Diet and training. No one needs crazy amounts to gain good muscle!

Still about the same weight but def. tighter and dryer. My body adapts quickly to new changes and this week I am doing much better without the milk. Strength is still going strong. Chest and back went really well yesterday! One more pin and then pct in a few weeks. Start my diet in two weeks! I can't wait to start my pre contest cycle. I think I have it all locked in for sure! July 21 is gonna be here before I know it!

Day two of diet. A little flat but still feeling strong. 285g protein, 200g carbs, and 90-95g of healthy fat a day split over 7 meals is what I am working with (about 2,775 cals). The carbs are low for me but the protein and fat are keeping me sane. I am about 15 weeks out and half of my diet is gonna be all natty so its gonna be a rough ride. Looking forward to 8 weeks out when I get back on. Lol. I hope to keep everyone posted. Any comments are encouraged and appreciated!!!!!

Almost half way through day three. Def feel that I have less energy... Recovery time has decreased as well. My legs are pretty well spent from yesterday. I am feeling more tight and vascular every day it seems. We will see the real progress in a couple more weeks.

So..week one of my diet is in the books. I already see changes. I know I am down in weight. (Not sure how much because I get on the scale backwards...lol) I am definitely more vascular and dry. The nice thing is that my strength is staying up there. Endurance is down a bit on tie low carbs but that's okay. Energy is down as well. Its all worth it though. I can't wait to see what this week brings!!

Im 3 weeks into PCT from a 14 week cycle. I've not only kept strength but it's going up.

Thanks for your motivation man. I am almost done with week four of my pct and the same has gone here. Strength has continued on upward. The diet is starting to have its influence but its all worth it. I am planning on looking sick come time to walk on stage. You keep at it too my friend. Hopefully that strength continues to go up for you!

Not taking a serm at all. It was such a low dose that I really didn't see a need to. I am taking a heavy dose of DAA and hemotest. It is working pretty well. Aggression is staying where it needs to be. Sex drive is good and I over all have a great sense of well being. I know its simple but it works. Lol
