Cycle update:

just lettin everyone know how my first cycle of tren/test/winny mix is comin along. im almost 4 weeks in right now and my cycle looks like this:

wk 1-10 test e 500mg/wk
wk 2-8 tren e 300mg/wk
wk 2-8 winny tabs 60mg/day

so far:
good decrease in bodyfat and really good strength gains. havent checked bf % but i went from weighing 174 to 165, so 9 lb loss in fat and increased strength (example: went from deadlifting 265 for 4 off cycle to now 315 for 12). im guessing so far most strenght is from winny, but im feelin hornier and a little bit feverish but a good feeling.

split:
Monday: chest, abs
Tuesday: back, bi's
Wednesday: cardio 30 min
Thurssday: shoulders, tris
Friday: legs, abs, cardio 20 min
Saturday: off
Sunday: cardio 30 min

been eating extremely clean, no added salts or sugars or condiments on any foods (its almost hell eating like this everyday but u gotta do what u gotta do). staying away from all alcohol and late nights. lots of sacrifices but its gonna pay off in the end and already is. sleeping kind of sucks (average 5 hours a nite) but its something i gotta deal with. all in all it feels great to be back on.

On the Tren-E, do you inject ed or eod? How are you handling the sides if any?

how much weight did u drop after u came off of the test e deca cycle?

why did u go with tren e and not acetate? im guna be running the same cycle but using tren ace as thats whut ive been advised by many many vets for first time tren users?


how are the sides from tren?
what supps are u taking?

tren e, since its a longer acting ester ive been injecting 150 mg twice a week for a total of 300mg/ wk. i didnt want to overdo it for my first cycle with tren and knew that the synergistic effects with winny would be good too. havent had any sides yet at all but im only about 4 weeks in so well see how that goes.

off of the test e/deca cycle, i dropped about 11 lbs post cycle and some strength gains (i dont think 20mg/nolva/day for 2 weeks was sufficient) and was kinda broke and planned poorly so i didnt take any creatine or N02 off cycle, just ate more. i went with tren e because that was all that was available to me at the time. supposedly tren ace is better for a first timer because its short acting which means sides are short acting and dont stay in as long as the e but im gonna have to deal wit what i got. supplements right now: vitamin c, vitamin B5, milk thistle, glucosamine, ephedrine hcl, isopure and eas whey.
 
I'd hit more for liver protectants than just milk thistle. If you cannot afford AF's Tyler's, NOW has a liver supplement relatively cheap (I used that before switching to Tyler's).

It looks like you are making good progress! Keep it up!

do u have ne before and after pics from that cycle?

no pics from that cycle. i did have some on my phone of my progress but deleted them. i took some of me from before the one im on now and will have some up here after. hard to tell how much i really gained. my weight only went up a few lbs, but fat went down and strenght was through the roof.

off the deca and test how much weight did u gain?

yeah i went from 196 to 214 leveled off at 212...stayed there for a long time during pct. now im like 205..but look like im at 212 so i hafta say the cycle was a good bulk even though the weight didnt stay the size did....


sizze coming along nicely off this tren or what bro?

not size but strength for sure. im hitting cardio more than usual and cut calories and at the same time am getting just as strong and if not stronger than on the test cycle but no bloat or extrashit weight. i think the extra kick of winny is whats really helping. problem is from not sleepin enough my body is sore all week but im still gaining.

hmmmm... maybe ur cutting urself a little too short with calories then>? im gunna run a lean bulk with the tren eating well and often...but im hoping the fact that its tren it will keep me leaner with no bloat as opposed to the more bulk/bloat of deca...i was gunna cut down at the end... but i dont think i wanna do it too drastically because i wanna bulk while i can over the summer cause i have access to a much better diet
