brief summary: 32yrs, 6'1", started at 184lbs at 7-9%. Cycle- 400mgs wk of test cyp for 10 weeks, 30mgs dbol for first 4 weeks. liquidex .5mg ED
just started my fifth week and im done with the dbol. stepped on the scale today and i was at 207lbs. strength is going up nicely. blood pressure is great. so far, no sides that i can tell.
i still can see good muscle on my arms and legs, but i have gotten soft in the middle, abs completely gone. i feel bloated alot (prob from the 3 shakes a day and constant eating) i think my genetics make me store any extra weight strickly in the love handle and lower ab areas. because i still have good separation on my chest and veins in my legs and arms and shoulders. since i like to plan way ahead i have a question.
seems my choices to help me get ready for summer at the end of this cycle are: clen, ECA, or a mixture of things from AF Store. And lots of cardio of course. So what do you recommend? give me some ideas. thanks for all the help so far bros!!
