not sure what your asking bro. u asking why i went from contest condition to where I am now? Hey i still can see abs alright, so im not that fat!
my diet consists of
meal 1: whey, oats/ or carb powder/ fish oil
meal 2: another shake: just whey and fish oil
meal 3: either ham w/ wwbread or chicken and rice
meal 4: shake (same as 2)
meal 5: Lunch- chicken or steak sandwiches
meal 6: shake (same as 2)
meal 7: same as 3
meal 8: pre workout meal
meal 9: post workout shake
meal 10: chicken/ steak w/ rice/ pasta
meal 11: bedtime shake
yes a lot of shakes, btu just to keep protein high. sometimes dont eat as much as that. but thats a good day.
I dont do cardio, I start my contest diet/ cardio in July.
