update: shoulder workout last night... my shoulders were burning all throughout the workout, they were so pumped they hurt. I like AS. ;)

I need to see your diet...........and how the hell did you convince yourself to go from absolutely ripped, to where you are now....losing the abs and all......cmon....cardio?

not sure what your asking bro. u asking why i went from contest condition to where I am now? Hey i still can see abs alright, so im not that fat!
my diet consists of

meal 1: whey, oats/ or carb powder/ fish oil
meal 2: another shake: just whey and fish oil
meal 3: either ham w/ wwbread or chicken and rice
meal 4: shake (same as 2)
meal 5: Lunch- chicken or steak sandwiches
meal 6: shake (same as 2)
meal 7: same as 3
meal 8: pre workout meal
meal 9: post workout shake
meal 10: chicken/ steak w/ rice/ pasta
meal 11: bedtime shake

yes a lot of shakes, btu just to keep protein high. sometimes dont eat as much as that. but thats a good day.
I dont do cardio, I start my contest diet/ cardio in July.
 
WHAT I want to know #1 is how the hell do you overcome the mental aspect of eating like an animal, gaining 7% bf, event. losing your abs, etc...........


#2 why so many damn shakes...wouldnt you rather meals?

what do you do all day? work wise?

current stats?

cardio?

Clean diet or do you feast if the opportunity is right?

Well.. I didn't want to gain as much fat as i did. It came on very quick after my contest diet. I went a little bit out of control, because I wanted to gain and bulk again. So many shakes... I have a shake in between each meal to keeep protein high and to get in good fats. Right now I am working, I also have a nother weekend job, so thats another reason I do the shake thing. No time at my other (club) job. Have to have shakes premade and drink them down fast. I do have classes this summer so Ill be able to eat more food.
Current stats: 22, 6'2'' , 250, 12- 13% bf( guessing, I can still see abs tho jkurz!)
ALso I keep diet pretty clean, ALthough I do eat a few "cheat" meals a week.

What is your pre/post w/o meals?

Training? Short and intense? 1 bp each day........

You against eating before bed or even a midnight snack?

Sorry so many questions, but I'm pretty lean too and want to put on mass, thinking about starting the same cycle monday, just cant get over the rippness fear.....mind over matter

sorry should have put this.. i recently got carb powder from protein factory :

its carbs that i add into my shakes for extra cals. not too bad tasting too.
Preworkout meal- between a shake and a chicken/ steak/ rice meal.. lol i dont have much variety.
my training is like so
monday: chest calves
tues: back/ hams- maybe abs
wed: off
thurs- shoulders- calves
friday- bi's tri's
saturday- quads- calves
sunday- off

workouts tend to last a little over an hour. Higher volume now around 15 sets per body part, and intense! LAst meal is about 10 minutes before i pass out. I tend to have protein and fats, but if i have a little bit of carbs, i dont worry too much. If u do a cycle (is this your first??) you sholdn't have to worry about putting on too much fat, if any, or could loose a bf % or 2.
Im just lookin to get as big as I can before July then diet for about 9-10 weeks for contest. I have a feeling im not going to be in my best condition, but we'll see where I get to. Im looking more forward to the National Collegiate competition next summer.
