sorry been away alittle... car needs a new tranny and its too much to put in.. so can't get to work right now.. anyways.

fish oil im takin about 2-4 caps per shake and 1/2 carb powder which is about 45 grams carbs.

- struggling a little bit right now/ past week or so. but people say i;ve been gettin bigger , but not noticing it. i think water weight has dropped a bit and it kinda fucked with me. but now its time to go kick ass in the gym.
 
OK.... thats better.. had a real good quicker than usual workout ( cuz i was alone) . Back day... layin off deadlits for a few weeks because my lower back pumps were fucking annoying and couldn't do anything after a few sets... so today was a good day for back.
heavy rows, pull downs, seated rows (heavy :) ) and one arm rows. altogether i did 15 sets.
Day off tomorrow and I get to inject :)

I lost some water weight ( i beleive) I am down to around 245. bf seems the same ~12-13. SInce the test has kicked i hope to only gain some good muscle and drop a bf% or 2 would be nice. My height is still the same. lol
and strength has continued to go up! I "feel" bigger , but still dont notice it really... i hope to really notice a big difference after the cycle. I still got another 6.5 weeks to go.
 
How are the suits fitting... LOL.
I used to have to wear them every day. I hated it.
I broke my shoulder one summer. Dropped down to 215. I needed quite a few suits.
Needless to say. A few months later at 235 the jackets were junk. Luckily, the pants still fit. Just needed new shirts.
Nothing like dishing out the cash and feeling like you threw it away after...

I don't feel big at 245 either. Funny isn't it. I was sure I would be big at 240 plus. Now that I'm there it doesn't seem so great...

man.. i can't button the top button on my shirts without choking, so i wear them witht the top button undone all night, no biggie. I could have sworn I was wearing someone else suit jacket.. It id def time for a new one. Hopefully during the summer they'll let us wear something more breathable to wear.
SUcks for us tall guys... we gain 20 lbs and there is no difference, lol
 
Yup.. def feelin the test. shoulders were pumpign like crazy and hurting too! it was awesome. I was throwing up the 80's like nothing and only did some more sets with 90's, left delt a little sore, so kinda taking it a little easy. It felt great and looked really pumped. I love it when all the little guys in the school gym are lookin at me.. kind motivates me a little more. weight is around 245- 248. want to add another 10 lbs at least for the next 7 weeks and hopefully loose a bf% or 2. I am loving this! The weekend is here, and this is when it screws up my timing for everything because I go to from work to the gym then to work.. so i am up til 3-4 am and then get up on saturday around 12. I then have only 7 hours to get as much food in as possible before the gym at 7 then working til 3 again. Then sunday its almost a half day because i get up around 12 and then have to go to bed around 10 -11 for work on monday. oh well... thats life.
 
Yeah work is messing me up big time bro.
I work 13 hrs a day and I hate missing the gym.
I'm up five lbs so far and the tren is just starting to kick in.
I'm about to do some push ups in the office. lol

Did you cut your calories a bit after you got off the dbol? Any diet changes to lose some bf and gain muscle?
