cycle made bfriend FAT, not bigger - what should he do?

here's the story - boyfriend on first cycle.

before --> 173 pounds, 6' tall, 34"-36" waist, bf% low?, benched max around 200#, worked out somewhat regularly

8-10 weeks cycle of 30-40 mg dBol/day and 500-750 mg SUST250/week

after --> 205 pounds, 6'tall, big stomach, love handles, 42" waist when he sticks it out (gross), bench up to 235#, leg press up from 300 to 500 #, etc.,

so he got stronger but he became a fat shit and looked a little meatier in clothes but shitty with a big stomach, etc.,

i told him he should just do cardio, eat better and he could lose the fat around the middle - he's used to being skinny. he wants to do another cycle to get stronger and get muscular looking, but when he does that it seems that he brings on so much fat you can't see the muscle.
 
if he doesn't get rid of the fat around his waist from that first cycle, he'll be a former boyfriend pretty fast and then we'll be all set ok? and we'll see how on point your moniker/handle is Mr. BIGSTIXX hee hee hee
 
"benched max around 200#, worked out somewhat regularly" - That's a big part of your problem, or should I say his problem right there. He can barely bench bodyweight and he's taking steroids?

As you know steroids aren't magic pills and liquids. You have to weight train correctly and with intensity. From that quote alone I can tell he's very inexperienced. He should have weight trained naturally for a couple of years and learned how to do things.

He's also probably holding quite a bit of water, you didn't say anything about an anti-e.
 
High intesity cardio for short bursts of time with low calories and heavy weight training. Forget the gear altogether until he learns to train. From there, keep it to fina and winstrol, with a little bit of test so you don't wind up lodging another complaint in the future about his, uh...performance.

That's good advice.

What should he do? Tell him to start working out and eating right. If you take AS and your lazy, you will soon be fat and lazy.

True, it sounds like youre leading him around by the nose in hopes of changing him to your liking. This is story too cliche and tired and you should know better, unless youre under 25 or something. You guy needs to be regimented and disciplined about training and diet or steroids wont make a difference, as you just found out by him getting fat on gear. I guarantee his diet was for shit and he didnt do any cardio.
Heres some more important advice, accept him for who he is or leave him. He accepts you I assume....

What the hell was this man thinking. Unless he got fucking bunk gear and ate his heart out, I can't see how this happened ... if he had the slightest clue about what to do. He his waist by 8"? Holy shit. I would say put this man on the FAT FAST plan recommended in t-mag.com. 1600 calories a day will teach him not to mess with drugs when he has no idea what he is doing. He will lose of a lot of muscle mass, but judging from his "cycle success" he obviously doesn't give a fuck about gaining muscle in the first place! Send him to t-mag, it will take off that weight, quick.

He put 35 pounds on his bench after 6 to 8 weeks of that amount of drugs? Was his gear fake? With results like that he was probably popping birth control pills instead of d'bol.

You pressure the man to get on roids then want to dump him when it backfires?! Dont be a bitch. :mad:

Frack, what do you feel is a good measure of being ready to juice? I think some type of scale that doesnt discriminate against experience/etc, but merely skill/strength would be good in helping newbies out. Training experience in years can mean very different things from person to person and everyones genetics are different.

hey, take it easy on the guy. some unfortunate people (such as myself) just can't stay lean (even with clean diet) when using test without an anti-aromatase. he learned the hard way that this is how his body reacts. estrogen related fat accrual is something that is often overlooked, since alot of people think it is just water bloat that will go away after the cycle.

any future cycle he does should include armidex or letrozole, or he should just stick to non-aromatizing compounds.

I have a good idea, before anyone can recommend that a newbie use AS, they should have to post natural pics. :D Then everyone can agree on what type of AS would be best and things of that nature.

Only you know when you are truly ready my friend. I think a good base means you have managed to put on around 30-40lbs of muscle naturally and have a very solid understanding of diet, training, and your body in general.

wow, i think this was the first time i posted anything and i got a ton of responses. thanks 4 all the input. i may have exaggerated a bit on the befores and afters, now that i look back at what i wrote, but the point was, he used gear and got fatter around the waist and ass and a bit stronger, but not much more muscular. thanks for all the input.

and for the non-input type comments, thanks for those too. i think i'll turn my life around starting today, i'll support my man instead of dumping him when the gear makes him fat, i'll stop sleeping with and ruining the lives of married men, i'll only post helpful comments on this and treidia gear websites... you've changed my life hee hee hee
 
oh yeah, and i won't lead him around by the nose anymore and i'll tell him to goto websites for his learning about gear and not just asking around at the gym or reading things on sites like this one, but i'll make him get a handle and actually post, so you'll be happier with his research skills - again, thanks for all the constructive input and the other input as well:mix: :D
 
i tried, but he doesn't have the energy or strength for half the things i like to do. maybe i just need a skinny guy and i should kick him to the curb. or maybe i should fix him up with frackal, who gives great blow jobs? anyway, thanks 4 all the responses.

i think his diet is the thing that needs to change, right?> not the addition of something like armidex, etc., which seems like an easy solution (i.e., too magic potion=ish). and adding some cardio next time, and then maybe i will F the fat off him, a little at a time... thanks, C.
 
Damn, 173 pounds with a 34 - 36" waist? That's kinda fat. He had a belly before starting AS. Reminds me of some fat guys at the gym that will take every AS and even GH to try to get bigger thinking it will make their stomach look smaller. They all end up just a big fat slob. He's obviously a moron so yeah I'd dump him and move on to the next project. He'll never get where you want him to be. Next time don't try to change the person you are with, find somebody you are happy with.
 
thanks for all the (very) good and humorous advice.... i may have exaggerated the #'s a little bit, but the concept is sound - he was thin, used gear and got fat around the middle, needs to concentrate more on diet than gear and he'll be OK and the concensus seems to be I should kick him to the curb and be the whore of this board banging all of you, ok hee hee:mix:
 
I just ead the first couple posts to this thread then I stopped cause it angers me.

Either your boyfriend is:

1. Pathetically dumb and ignorant because he will blindly follow what you say to do and not do any research himself.
2. He only did this for you to make you happy.

I'm starting to re-think my answer. Don't kick him to the curb. He obviously listens to you blindly which is probably exactly what you want. Not a flame or anything, but some women like to have control over their man. Keep him and make him diet. Make him go to the gym and make him do lots of cardio. Why should we be the only ones in hell. Make him miserable. You're a woman, you know what to do.
