Hey everyone I’ll be posting up a cycle log with sponsorship from Sassys pharmaceuticals. Super keen to kick this journey off and feel free to follow along !!!
Cycle/Log Outcome Goals: Bulking
The main thing I’m looking to achieve is hitting the triple figures on the scales and being as lean as possible. Here is my current stats before kicking this off !
Age:34
Height:194
Current Weight:92kg
Goal Weight:100-105kg
Currently taking 125mg of test e, but once I get started on sponsorship products this will be changing to test e, npp, EQ and adrol. Will also be taking 0.5mg adex eod. Undecided on cycle length at this stage.)
Compounds & Dosages:
Test E - 750pw
Npp - 300pw
EQ - 500pw
Adrol - 150mg ed
Lab providing these products will be Sassys Pharmaceuticals
Support Supplements:
Adex
Nolva if needed
Liver support
Magnesium and zinc
Training Program: (Split, rep ranges, intensity techniques
Will update this shortly with my current split.
Diet Overview: will be aiming for at least 4000 calories a day.
Diet is pretty good lots of good fats, protein and very high carb diet, I will post more about changes in my food intake as they occur.
