What's up fam, new to the site. Here for some cycle ideas and advice.
STATS: I am 27 years old, 6 foot tall, 200 pounds, and would say body fat is somewhere in the low teens.
WORKOUT: I work a very physical job, 12-16 hours per day, 6 days a week. Because of this I hit the gym once or twice per week. Twice if I get a short day in the middle of the week. Workouts are intense full body sessions. Currently can bench 300+, Squat 400+ and deadlift around 500.
DIET: I eat like a normal person, big breakfast, lunch, and dinner with some protein supps throughout the day and post workout. Have no problem with putting on fat because of my job.
GOAL: My goal would be to put on some good quailty size while adding strength. Also would like increased muscle endurance and to be less sore when i wake up in the morning.
EXPERIENCE: I have ran a few PH cycles a few years back.. had good results.
I am looking at running Test Enanthate, with a DBol at the front. For support I will run adex, liv 52, HCGenerate and N2Guard. Think for PCT I will run clomid with the advanced PCT stack from mrsupps. My cycle layout would be this
1-10 Test Enanthate 500 mg per week
1-4 Dbol 40 mg per day
1-12 adex .5 mg every other day
13-16 PCT with Clomid and mrsupps stack.
What do you seasoned vet think about this so far?
 
For work, I am a linemen for a cable company. I work on an easement crew, which means we do not get the aid of a bucket truck to help assist us in getting to poles and pulling out the cable. I climb telephone and utility poles all day with 50-100 pounds of tools strapped to me, pull cable to the point where you cannot pole it any more, and then when that is done, i pull a heavy piece of equipment that is called a lasher which is not a walk in the park. The work is hard to justify unless you have done it. At the end of the day, you will not have a problem falling asleep. Now burnthisscope, I understand what you are saying that steroids are not ideal for people that only hit the gym a few times a week. That said, I feel my situation is a little different. My job is like going to the gym, some days I work to the point of physical exhaustion. My muscles are broken down the same way one does by hitting the gym.. and then on top of the job I actually do hit the gym. My workouts are very intense and I hit every muscle group as hard and as efficiently as possible during the time that I have. I usually get 2 good gym sessions in a week, but sometimes I am limited to one because of work. If I could get to the gym everyday, I would.. but I can't. But, when I do get the opportunity to hit the weights, best believe I put every ounce of blood, sweat, and tears into it. And as far as diet, I make sure I get plenty of protein and stay hydrated. I am not trying to compete or be on stage.
 
yea I say go for it I worked on the drilling rigs for a while and I swear I gained lots of muscle from just work

That's awesome, I used to do the same exact thing back in the day. Worked mostly during the summer when I was in school, and then became full-time when I couldn't find a job in my field of study. Money was redic. Luckily for me, I was able to work myself up through the company and now I have a small one of my own with a few crews and a good amount of contracts that keep the money company in. All I basically do now is talk on my cell phone and meet with the guys in the morning to fuel up the trucks. There is obviously more then that.. but what I do now sure beats being out in the field all day. I climbed my first pole in 2 years a few weeks ago lol.

Now wasn't that a nice little heart to heart.. now on to your cycle.

I don't know if Dbol would be the best option for you, because it can cause some pretty bad muscle pumps. Maybe kickstart the cycle with test prop or another oral that is less likely to cause such bad pumps. Besides that, the cycle looks pretty basic and pretty good. You could also look into SARMS. Those would certainly help with muscle endurance as well with putting on good quality strength and size.
 
Well then if you have that much exertion all day every day then you aren't going to grow much unless you eat a shit ton because your going to burn off everything you eat. If your doing that kind of stressful work every day on top of weights then your going to need an assload of food. Like 6-7 meals a day. Breakfast lunch and dinner aren't going to cut it. If you can get a diet worked out you may be ok.

Don't worry about a kickstart or being fancy. Just run 250mg test wk. if you're working that hard you will notice its effects in 2 weeks, 3 weeks tops.
 
I eat more than 3 times per day. I was saying that I eat a big breakfast, big lunch, and big dinner. In between those meals I eat smaller meals with good sources of protein.

Well again....Its not an optimal situation but if your getting enough calories then go for it.
It will also let you do your job at a much higher level. Just try to get in the gym as much as possible.

AND>>>>>> Go with 250mg wk(or even every 5-6 days). Its plenty bro I promise. Next cycle bump to 375mg wk. next cycle go 375mg wk and stack with something if you like. Then maybe jump to 500mg wk at cycle 4. There is lots of room to grow and make the most out of your gear dose without jumping right in at 500mg wk. You start at 500mg wk, you will basically be at that for a minimum base from there on out. Learn the philosophy of less is more. Trust me I know how fucking balls to the wall a lineman job is. Then training, and...your young. So you will definatly get every last mg out of that test. Then when you bump up next time you will be able to feel what the extra is doing for you.
I agree I would avoid Dbol. You don't need a kicker for a first time bro, I explained why in my other post. But as already stated you could get some real bad forearm or low back pumps that could hinder your job performance. Hell you may get some even with just test alone.

Now work out your pct. I don't know what is in the Mr supps stack. Read the thread in my sig. Its an all natural PCT. If it brought me back from where I was at it will bring you out of your cycle like you were never shut down.

Make sure you have Armidex on hand. You should need zero AI on 250mg wk. You should get no gyno symptoms unless your one of the very unliky few that just get gyno symptoms no matter what.
Make sure you drink an assload of water ans get a real good bodybuilding type multi vitamin.
