I planned for all my gear...I planned for all my PCT...I planned for all my protien shakes and Supps... I planned for all my food...
BUT DAMN!!! I had to go out and buy some more plates today! Since I can't do squats, I turned a squat rack into a straight vertical leg press. I basically just put some foot pads on the bar and load it up at the low setting, lay on a pad and push straight up. But today I had to take my plates off of my dumbells just to get a good lift.
DON'T YOU KNOW THAT ALL OF THESE STREGTH GAINS ARE REALLY PISSING ME OFF!!!!!!!! NOT!!!!!!!!!!
