Current stats below. Currently carb cycling with 20% deficit. Trying to get down to about 10%. Running 300 mg test per week as maintenance. Bringing t-3 into the mix as soon as it arrives. 2 questions. One, should I up the test due to diet, and would adding Var to the cycle help at all, or just be a waste. Thanks for the help.
