alright guys this is gonna be along post.i'm gonna post up my diet and my cycle that my trainer gave me.the diet looks fine to me but the cycle is down for 5 weeks????was hoping someone could adjust it to a 8 week cycle.
meal 1.1/2 ltr milk
4 eggs{white only}
cereal
2 toast with butter and honey
1 yoghurt
250g protein
meal 2.200g chicken breast
150g pasta{with fresh tomato}
salad
1 tuna{natural water}
1 banana
orange juice
meal 3,bread with 100g white cheese + 100g salmon
1/4 ltr milk
4 tablets amino-acid
meal 4.300g steak
120g pasta
3 eggs{1 full}
fresh fruit salad{1 banana+1 apple+1 kiwi+1 peach mixed with natural yoghurt and honey}
200g protein
4 tablets amino-acid
for the food number 2 you can change pasta with 200g potatoes ever 2 days.
1 black coffee every day is recommended
50g nuts every day.
no salt or spices in my food.
Thats the diet.now i'll post up the cycle he has given me.

12ml sus250{1200mg}
50 DBol tablets

I will be taking a low dose of dBol for 4 weeks aswell.The reason i want to go for a 8 week cycle is that to my understanding the deca and sus will only kick inn at week 5????I may be wrong but i still personally feel that 5 weeks is to short.I will love to see what you experienced bro's out there think.
