cycle advice

what's up fellas here is my next cycle, please let me know what you think.

this will be my fourth cycle. i'm 5'7 185lb about 10% bf

test en. 500mg/wk wk 1-12
eq 500mg/wk wk 1-12
dbol 25mg/ed wk 1-7
t3 12.5-25mcg/ed wk?
liquidex .5mg/ed wk 1-18

diet
3000cals
300g protein 40%
340g carbs 45%
50g fat 15%

all clean foods with low gi carbs.
r-ala at 1000mg ed

the reason for this cycle is to gain 10-12 lean pounds and hopefully loose some bodyfat. i've gone up in weight to 205lbs while i was bulking but my diet was eat anything and ended up gaining too much fat, i don't want to make that mistake again. it took me about 3 months to loose those 20lbs. i kept most of my gains, lost only 1/4 in. on my arms, they're 17in right now. i'll be doing cardio 3x a week first thing in the morning at 20-30min. training 4x a week.

i'm still debating wether to use a low dose of t3, what do you guys suggest?

any advice will be greatly appreciated.
 
Your cycle looks good but I'd drop T3, no need to fuck up another hormone level in your body. Try to get rid of excess fat and water after your cycle with more conventional methods.

Also I wouldn't use D-bol for 7 weeks. 4 weeks is more than enough to give you nice a start, then Test will take over.
