I've started a good workout and was wondering what would be best to use as a sup to lean up even more. I'm 37, 6'2, 220, and want to lose about 20 lbs by the end of march as well as be ripped. Thanks
 
You are correct about the diet. I have always done well with diet and exercise to shed any unwanted body weight. I have slacked off for a little while and gained a few. I will lose them soon, but I am looking for something to help tighten me up. My first cycle was Nile sust and Dbol a couple years ago. that went well, but I would like to actually lose weight and solid up at the same time this cycle. I like to run, bike, ect for cardio, as well as my normal workout, I just cant seem to achieve that ripped up frame I want. Thanks for the help

running and biking is too intese for fat loss, you are burning glucose during that time and if you are on a proper low carb diet you dont have too much glycogen in your body to make glucose, so the body breaks down MUSCLE and uses the amino acids for gluconeogenisis (makes glucose out of them).

You need to do 1 hour slow cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. slow cardio means treadmill on 2.5 no incle or starmaster level 2. This way you will burn a greater percentage of fat and will have some muscle left after the cut to look "ripped" instead of like a long distance runner.

500mg of test per week with .25 arimidex ED will help you to hold on to muscle while you diet and do cardio right.
 
You want a ripped look ...ok throw some Anavar with what was said above.

Thanks Bro, Any suggestions on Test? I got the flu last time, and was sick as hell with Nile sust. I would like a better route this time to think about. Thanks
 
The good bro's suggested test prop. You may get 'test flu' again. This has to be injeted oed. Less water bloat during it will give u nice solid gains, esp with the var. Solid diet is key though. You won't loose crap without that being perfect. I like agx liposhred stack, or the needto forged burner! Both great products!
