Looking for a good cutting routine. Never really followed routines before just went in lifted and had fun doing whatever I felt like at that moment. Well I just did a mass routine from a prosource mag and I actually liked how organized it was. So far I have only really found this routine http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/23-doug--s-mega-cutting-routine.html. What do you guys think? Good routine or anyone have something better?
