Cutting routine

Fasted Cardio or HIIT type cardio would be best as far as cardio. Lifting should be alot of super sets. As far as supps forged burner worked really well for me. Pm me if you need anymore help

Thanks man appreciate it. I'm gonna look into forged burner. Would you mine looking over the routine in te link above and let me know what ya think? It's supersede everyday but I'm just wondering mainly if it's Enough volume. Thanks again

Too much volume.

I'd focus on three or four money lifts three times per week and train heavy. Three to eight reps per exercise. Cardio in the am fasted is fine as are hill sprints after training.

The routine you posted didn't look too bad, but when dieting maintaining strength should be your number one priority besides losing fat. I don't see anyone getting stronger or maintaining strength on that routine.

Also, don't forget your diet. It's more important than any routine when trying to lose fat. Keep your protein high (1.5-2g per pound of bodyweight) eat green veggies and healthy fats with all your meals. Have starchy carbs pre and post workout only. Drink zero calorie beverages.

Thanks! Just what I am looking for. I'm guessing money lifts you're talking about are presses, squats, and deads. Where are you from southern? I'm from Louisiana

I'm from Fla

Yeah money lifts are squats, front squats, presses, pulls, dips, chins, etc. When dieting it's all about training economy. I like to get the most bang for my buck.

Upper/lower splits are where it's at. Four days per week or even three days per week rotating through the days.
