Cutting cycle.

Will_Purity

AGE - 29
Height - 5'10.
Weight - 200lbs.
BF - 12% calipered.
Previous AAS Usage - NONE!

My goal is to cut down to sub 8% BF and maintain all my muscle mass.
IMPORTANT - As its my first cycle I just want to use test. No clen, DNP, winny, anvar or tren although it would be ideal..

Weeks | Substance | Dose per week. | Pinning frequency.
1-12 | Test Enanthate | 500mg. | 2 x wk.
1-4 | Test Prop | 500mg. | EOD.
13 + 14 | Nolva | 40mg / day.
15+16 | Nolva | 20mg / day.

Assume diet is tiiight. [IT REALLY IS.]

Firstly, hows it look?
Secondly last two times I cut down to 8% I lost a fair amount of mass even taking it slowly [1lb/wk].
Now that I have test, doest that mean I can up the cardio, create a larger deficit, lose the fat much more rapidly whilst retaining all of my hard earned muscle?
Lastly, does test have any direct fat mobilizing properties?

just do test 500mg total weekly keep it simple.

cutting under 10% is a funny thing. You need to keep PROTEIN very high. I would shoot for 400grams spread out evenly through the day. It sucks its hard. You are always eating but small amounts. At night get a good anticatabolic meal in.

I like slow easy AM cardio and intense HIT / tabatas in the middle of the day.

1lb a week might be too much but you should be able to do it w/ the right diet and righ exercise combo.


oh dont do nolva only for pct... use the money from the prop to get better pct. hcg/hcgenerate, post cycle, unleashed

Man what a let down. Only 1lb / wk. I can do that natty lol.
Assuming protein is adequate, Will I still retain my mass / perhaps add a tad of muscle?
 
don't set unrealistic goals for a first cycle bro.

just run test or primo only for a first cycle.. something simple .. get your feet wet. learn how to PCT. remember this isn't a sprint, its a marathon.. leave yourself room for your next few cycles, don't go all in early.

you seem to have very good knowledge but there is no better knowledge then doing it and learning from trials and errors.

also IMO i do not believe any AAS has fat burning properties (i know a lot of guys will say but steve i lost 15 pounds running tren!!). let me explain what i mean: some AAS can create a thermogenic environment, or being a DHT deriv give the appearance of cutting, or something like tren will suppress your appetite where you get naseous after eating a few bites of food. now if you are 50 pounds overweight.. run AAS, workout for the first time in 9 months and lose weight.. you will think its the AAS causing it when really you would of lost that weight with or without AAS. a lot of guys use AAS as a motivational tool, as in heck i'm pinning myself and spending all this money to run a cycle so i might as well hit the weight room. of course when they come off if they don't stay committed they will just go back to where they were before

After 7 years of consistent training and dieting, its frustrating knowing that people achieve what I have in 2-3 years of AAS use.. I am terribly excited to get my feet wet and ill chime in and post my results :)

Actually, exactly how bad of an idea is it to run a mild dose of tren for 8 weeks?
It is the holy grail of recomping AAS...
i.e Cycle like this.
Weeks 1-8 Test prop 150mg EOD.
Weeks 1-8 Tren ace. 75mg EOD.
Weeks 1-9 HCG.
Weeks 9- 13 Nolva
 
test only is the way to go.

as for the 1lb OF FAT a week. you have to realize under 8% there isnt much fat and your body wants to hold onto it. creating an anabolic environment helps a lot but dont rush it.

also your bf% will change because you should still be able to add muscle if you have good pre/post workout nutrtion and a good meal before bed.
 
.. yes.. tren is not so good for first cycle.. i just learned it the bad way, negative side effects are almost gone but 2-3 days ago i was freaking out.... u would also need gabergoline when u take tren.. it was a bit of a pain for me to find it.. and didnt know it could not be fixed with arimedex or nolvadex.. ok.. check this out.. i have been a natural for about or close to 12 years.,. i have competed and won many competions including npc's.. im on my 3rd week with "my feet wet" and i feel great (minus the scary situation with the tren and prolacting levels going up lol.. ) and the one thing i have noticed is that its really in the diet..more than in the cardio..... now.. cardio will help a lot dont get me wrong.. but ur diet has to be better.. i take my body weight and multiply it by 1.5 to get grms of protein that i only count from the different types of meat (not from the protein from black beans lets say.. only protein from meats, eggs, cottage cheese and milk.. animal products... ) then when cutting down i multiply my body weight by .80ish to .90 (max) to get grams of carbs and for fats about half of what the carbs are in grams.. for example.. 1f its 200 carbs it would be 100 fat.. or 90ish.. .ur cardio.. i do about 25-30 min jog around the 5.5 to 6.5 on the treadmill about 4 times a week.. one day after working out legs, 2 days before that, 2 days after leg work out and one time on the weekend.. so (monday, wendsay, friday and sat. or sunday)... i always superset my abs.. to make sure i burn them ... as to where u will be on gear i assume things will just get better.. but even on gear ur diet has to be right.. thats for sure...
