Im about to start a 10 week cutting cycle just to lean out a little more. Looking to get from 224lbs to 196lbs. Im 5ft 9in.
I dont come off the gear instead I do hcg every 6-8 weeks and I have had no sides so far. Currently Im taking 400mg deca & 500mg sust per week and I am wondering what kind of doseages I should use in order to get to 196lbs keeping as much muscle as possible.
