Cutting blows!!!!!!

There are drugs available (Rxhealth even carries some) that is approved in Europe but not in the States. One problem; they don;t really work. The desire for food is too powerful. There is only one powerful tool -- your mind. You must practice using will power to eat less and eat wise choices.

You can't starve yourself thinner. But you don't need as much food as you think. Cut just 500 bullshit calories out each day and increase the amount of sets and the decrease the time in-between them. It's the only thing that works.

ZIP will help a little too. : ) Seriously, only because it supports the thyroid, which is the furnace that uses fat for fuel. But it still comes down to calories.

yeah i have to up my carbs a little. i was looking at an interesting carb rotation schedule i think im going to run that. so i will try 800g carbs on my heavy training days, 600g on my not so hard training days, and 400g on my off days. i may have to up the ratios. this should be more than enough of a cut coming from my normal 1000-1200g. my diet i started with is to drastic. i think i would lose to much muscle.

my cut diet is 100% clean not even using seasonings on foods. nothing but real foods, a little milk still, and water.

Why only a low dose on the t3? Will that ramp up at any time?

I too have fell off the cutting band wagon of late but as Nelson said the mind is your most powerful tool, put to to work and reap the benefits.

man you eat like a horse everyday, this must be a real shock to the system for you. i've been doing strict diet and a lil juice for nearly 11 weeks straight now, one cheat meal a week, i have lost a lot but yeah its hard. there was an appetite supressant i think maybe rx was pushing it, was developed from marijuana, from memory the sole purpose of the drug was to suppress appetite.

im not falling off. im just trying to do this as effective as i can but this is my first real cutter. im trying to guess at the balance of time/muscle loss equasion. obvously 6 months of cutting would not work and losing 50lbs of muscle would be devistating.

a large handful with 8 meals

Double that. The calories added will be insignificant and the extra fiber should help to keep you full. Cabbage, brocolli, and spinach are actually negative calorie foods. You will end up burning more kcal digesting them than they provide.
