Cutting after cycle

I posted something like this before but I must have explained myself wrong (maybe said cardio when I don't really mean cardio just elevated heart rate)

After my cycle, what do I do to cut remaining bodyfat (probably 10lbs.) I'm not going to take any crazy shit like DNP, infact nothing at all.

So my question is, what do I change after my cycle to lose the fat and minimal muscle loss? Cut my cals way down to create a deficit? Do I wait until Clomid is done first? Throw in low intensity cardio type work? Whatabout workout intensity, whenever I have gone low cal I have found I don't have the energy to blast.

Cut cals, do cardio, keep protein high.

You know, taking clen and eca can help out a lot. 10 lbs of fat is gonna be quite hard to get rid of. You're bound to lose some muscle.
 
20-30min of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach will cut into those fat stores also a 12-14hr fast at nite- don't eat anything after your last meal 7-9 oclock whatever that may be after cardio in the morn cram down the richest protein shake you can make. be sure 12-14 hrs have elapsed......good luck RADAR

Thanks guys! Dunno what happened last time I posted but I was getting slammed for suggesting cardio after my cycle!?

Anyway I am on deca+primo+clomid. I plan on starting the clomid ~2 weeks after the cycle.

Should I wait awhile after the clomid before I start cutting back the cals and adding cardio?

Also, Radar what exactly do you mean by "richest" shake, are we talking appealing to taste or something else? Normally my shakes are ~45g protein with skim milk. Sometimes I add no-fat yogurt and or fruits if I want more carbs.

There are a few things u must do:
Cardio
Eat CLEAN
lots of protein


your gonna have to play around w/ the cardio for a few weeks to see how much u need to do. I would start out going 3 days/wk for 25 min and then add a day if needed and/or increase the 25 min. I would wait until after the clomid is used.

This must be done w/ dieting...for a good example check out this link where I posted mi pics....somewhere in the thread I have my diet...give it a try

Start doing some early morn cardio and you can cut the cals a little but not to much as you will start to loose muscle mass which is the last thing you want. Clen and E/C/A may help you keep muscle mass post cycle as they are anti-catabolic

Before this cyckle I was doing 1 hour 4-5 times a week. This was at low intensity in the so called "fat-burning zone" not real cardio. Calorie burn was about 500 cals.... so guys if you are saying not to cut down calorie intake too much, use cardio instead, whats the difference if calories in/calories out are the same? Thanks again!
 
Morning cardio on a empty stomach will cut directly stored fats as your glycogen levels have been depleted during the night
