what are yoru goals?
my current cycle started out rocky...was moving, packing,unpacking, work problems so was a bit slow to start off
now im eatign about 4500 calories a day 270-300 prote 400-500 carbs 100-200 fat all clean foods.. just got into my 6th week of cycle and deca and test are finally kicking in..so hopefully can put on 10 lbs or so and be happy with by next 4 weeks
