Cumulative weight & bf loss since New Years?

Since so many of us have been pursuing our goals in the "fitness lifestyle", just for craps and giggles, everyone post up their bodyfat and weight changes since Jan. 1. Let's see just how much less of the EF girls (and Shadow) there is to love!

Me:
Jan 1 (end of Dec):
- Weight: 159 lb
- BF: 22% (roughly)

April 12:
- Weight: 148.5 lb
- BF: hmmmm.. est: 11%

=> weight lost: 10.5 lb
=> BF lost: 11%
 
01/03/05:

209.5
10.9% bf.

LEAN MASS = 186.6
FAT = 22.8


04/11/05


213
8.9% BF

LEAN = 194.0
FAT = 19.0


GAINED 7.5 POUNDS LBM AND LOST 4 POUNDS OF FAT


Ive tinkered with the diet a bit recently.....Im hoping to add a little size by your show.....stress has killed me

take some pics in the AM on the day of your carb up meal...your water level should be its lowest at that point

Oh I was still 26% bf and 171 when I started Jan 26th

That is an important note. Prior to doing Shadow's 5X5 program I was averaging almost 1.5lbs per week, but the fat loss was low. It's been a 5 weeks, and according to the scale I've only lost a 1lb. However, I've lost a lot more bodyfat and have gained more muscle mass.

At the beginning of 2005 I think I was around 150lbs...... I was 141.6 the other day.

As for BF% -- don't know -- going to have Shadow test me in ATL

At the beginning of 2005 I was about 64kg/141lbs, now I´m 59kg/130lbs.

As for BF%, i don´t know, but I have lost 18cm/7 inches from chest, waist, hips and thighs altogether.
 
I got to say ladies, you all have shown so much progress. You're a bunch of incredible ladies. And I'm so glad and proud to be apart of this group. I wish you all the best of luck on furthering your progress, and challeging yourselves to new goals. :) :heart: :rose:

I know some of you have accomplished your goals or are about to in a short period of time, so I'd like to know everyone's new goals, have you set 1 yet?

My new goal will be to put on a good 10lbs of lean muscle. Yup yup I'm going to be an eating machine once these comps are done. I'm looking forward to do this.

Hun, errmm take a gander in the ol HH gallery....I assure you...the before/after pics dont look like any of the others on here either. No one is comparing or judging, trust that. I was UBER insecure prior to posting but it just kicked me into overdrive. Not to mention how unbelievably amazing all of the women in here are offering support, advice, encouragement. If there is ever a place to gain support for confidence.....you've found it! ;)

EF'ers rock!

Post at your own pace....but know when you do, we're allllllllll here to cheer you on. Keep up the good work!!

But huney you aren't supposed to look like any 1 of us, you're supposed to look like YOU! You need to be shaping what god gave YOU. And you're a work in progress, so of course the before pics aren't going to be as hawt as the after ones, but you need to take pics so you can see how far you've come along. From the numbers you posted up you're progressing very nicely and that's something you should be proud of. :) :rose:
