It depends, was this person arrested by a municipal police officer (city) or a county deputy or state trooper?

QUestion is, is it a fine or jail? I do have to go to court but the officers said they have never seen anyone do jail time (3 days) for 1st offense, esp. for $50.......

Did you do that geigh shit ?

Fine, and community service.

Personally bro, if they gave you a choice of under 5 days in jail (which they won't) or probation/community service.... take the short jail time. Because they will be waiting for you to fuck up on probation and get your ass in more trouble then.

It may be something like $75 fine and then community service of 100 hours.

They big on that community service shit.

it has to be just a fine......but I am wondering how much...this will suck...

in cleveland. . .a car is stolen every 30 seconds. . .i don't even think stealing is a crime in ohio. . .in fact, i believe that it contributes a significant portion of your state's gdp. . .

still. . .i think that if you have NO record and you weren't out the door, with a good attorney, you'll skate. . .with nothing. . .i'm not a lawyer but i do a lot of litigation support work. . .advice? don't skimp on your attorney. . .

i'LL PLEAD NO CONTEST....I dont hae the time to talk to prosecutors, set up a trial, go to court.......cops said it's nothing...not on my record or anything...now if it happens like in 6 months, then there might be.....

I had two bottles (r-ala and bcaa's) in my pants (yes they were mine, purchased and opened) boy did that cause a rucous.....ARE THESE HEROIN??????

Well, just got back....

$1,000 fine - $850 kicked out
180- days in the slammer......suspended
In 1 year, I go back, no more record.............
