but i thought you want to get warm, i thought the heat generated had some effect in some way on fat loss.
No.
Ever see folks in the gym doing cardio with rubber suits on?? This amazes me to no end..
Here's a 'in a nutshell' course in thermodynamics.
There's energy in chemical bonds. Oxidizing these chemicals releases energy. Nothing is perfect in it's conversion from the usage of the energy in these bonds to do work. And so, some of the energy is lost as heat..
Feel the hood of your car after you have driven it. It's hot. That's because your car isn't 100% efficient in it's ability to use fuel to make the car run. Your body is the same-- DNP causes your cells to be a little LESS efficient in ATP synthesis. It's like poking a hole in your gas tank (well, sort of).
Now, if you insulated your engine and applied heat to it, would it cause your car to get less miles/gallon (increase inefficiency)? No. it wouldn't.. Same thing with your body.. Most people don't know that you actually burn MORE calories when you are 'cold' rather than hot.
The heat is a 'side effect.' Making yourself miserable while on DNP doesn't mean you are burning more calories. Yes, it's true that the more DNP you eat, the more calories you burn and the more heat you feel... There will always be heat associated with DNP.. But there is a difference between THIS heat and unnecesary heat caused from injesting DNP at the wrong times, eating too many carbs, etc... What I mean by this is that you can be on some dose of DNP, and if you eat a shit load of carbs, you will feel heat.. But this heat you feel is NOT because you are burning fat.. It's b/c your body switched over from fat burning (slow) to sugar burning (fast). It's like throwing gasoline on a fire.. For that instant, you are NOT burning fat anymore; you are burning the sugar you have just eaten.
As I have stated over and over, this
unnecessary heat is totally controllable.
