Ok, the time has come for me to start adding a lil bug spray to my diet. I got an idea from anothe member to add small lil dnp cycles over the weekend as for th next few weekends i will not be going out... simply put 200mg on friday day and then 200mg more right before bed assuming i am not allergic. 200mg upon waking saturday and then it ride out until Monday.... any ideas on this? It seemed to work well for them so i thougt i would give it a try as my diet and training and cycle are on par.... i just really am wanting major progress and developing a whatever it takes attitude. I mean my progress for a year i pretty good, but there is always room for improvement.
