I understand and respect that in regards to not reccommend'n just winny but helping me work with what i have. thanks for that

If i can get my hands on test what kind should i get and could i use that with the win?

Unless you like Every day painful jabs Test Prop, I prefer test Cyp or Eth.2 sticks twice wk and it is not even close to being as painful as prop.
Yes Run that with the Winny, If you're able to get some, pm me and i will be happy to set you up a how to run cycle, complete with ancillaries & PCT.

What could i expect from Test only first cycle? will that alone help me shred a lil?

Diet Is the key to shredding,not steroids.


You can do a bulker with test or a cutter it boils down to diet!

Thats my game plan then i have to wait 6 or 7 days but no prob getting the test. I'll look at Cyp and Eth to add to the win. (can you reccommend one?)If i can hold the tren i will, worst case i'll have to trade for the test

To be honest i was probably given the wrong info, my buddy who i played highschool ball with swore by the ten told me that its like ten times better than test....thats y im checking, im not going to poke till i feel 100 percent comfortable.

Yes test will "help" you burn fat. But it wont do it all by itself. I would also NOT recomend prop for a first timer. Its great stuff, but a super giant pain in the ass!! My recomendation is either sustanon or test E twice a week. 400-500mg/wk split into two injects as Radar said. I know the sustanon mob will say NO WAY sust has to be EOD but I did it for a first cycle. 250mg once a week. I loved it.
You wont be dissapointed with just test for a first run unless your diet sucks.
Maybe look into a small dose of d-bol or t-bol to kickstart it with for the first 4 weeks.

Because of Winny and its effects on joints I will never run it. So I cant really advise you to take something that I would never touch. Plus it will fuck your lipid profile all sideways. Ask Needto about that one.
I am feeling your like I was a long time ago, You wanna run alot or a few different things:biggrin:. I promise its not needed. I would leave the winstrol out. Just see how you respond to the test for the first time. You might get some sides while on test and winny and you wont know whats causing it. If you wait till your second cycle and winny gives you sides then you can say hey, I know this isnt from the test.
Tren is great but you need to learn about it. Yes its about 5 times as powerful as test. But if you get gyno from it what do you take? A-dex? NO, nolva? NO. If you run it without a test base it will shut you down real hard(well it likely will). Hence why you need test. Whenever you decide to use tren, know your shit about it first so you are prepared.
 
Make no mistake about it, tren is powerful but it comes at a price,It will shut you down hard, limp noodle, so unless you're willing to pay the piper ,research & research more!


Not a good first cycle choice! But! i Guess your friend will learn that the hard way!

Before you start you need to improve your diet. Too many damned shakes. Radar is right getting "shredded" will be determined by your diet. At your weight a clean 3-4k calories would do you good. replace some of those shakes with other lean protein sources turkey,chix,eggs etc.
