Cross'n Over 1st Cycle (HELP)

Whats up guys. I know I'm like the tenth guy today to post for cycle advice, but its been along time come'n and i need the feedback.

29 next month, about 214 (around 6 LBS leaner than my profile pic) lift 4/5 times a week with 3/4 days of 30/45 min light cardio. Been in the gym on and off since like 14. Diet is pretty solid, i dont have a break down of calorie intake but is low carb hight protein....only real down fall is beer,

on hand:
(2) Trenabol Depot - each 10ML
(1) Stanzolic Winstrol 50- 30Ml

Should i/can i run this for my first cycle? Should i run just one? Add Test?....Head is spin'n with all the random info ive been reading. thats Y I'm throw'n it by u guys b4 i start. Once i get a good idea whats good for me i'll research it more, would like to get started around a week from today if i need to grab anything else. If i can get started with this i'd like to hit it up Monday

Nothing for post looking for suggestions

Goal - Cut and Trim while add'n lean muscle (rather not retain extra water if possible)

Concerns - massive hair loss

Tren aint a beginners compound bro...post up your diet lets start there what you eating?



Protein shake in the am
Followed shortly by fruit, I'll grab a banna, apple or orange and take it to the office.
Another Protein shake around 10am (protein blend)
Foreman grilled Chicken with rice& veggies at lunch (12) home cooked
Baked Almonds around (3)with Chicapeas from wegmans
5 Oclock i had Tunna with 3 eggwhites chopp'd into (tunna in water) One i ate on wheat bread the rest on the side without bread.
Shake 30 mins b4 chest/Tri work out today around 7pm
workout
Shake right after
cajun Turkey Sandwich at 830 on wheat(with pickles only on it)
Will drink a blend right at bed time

Thats a snap shot and pretty tipical day for me. I would cut the shakes if i had more time.
 
For starters a Testosterone only cycle is reccommended for a first cycle.

I would also make a note to keep a log of all your meals you may not be eating like you think and gosh sakes cut the beer out ,AAS stresses the kidneys enough without throwing in alcohol,besides it inhibits gains!

Sucks that i dont have test right now, cause i would have no problem just run'n that.

is there any way to make what i have work? small amounts or just run one of them?

I'll start taking note on my diet both for accurate advice and for me. I Plan on take'n weekly pics and log'n gains.

I knew getting this stuff was going to be bitter sweet cause i know im going to have to cut booze out for my program, ive know that for along time

You could do Winstrol, but not the tren until you run a few cycles of testosterone that way you can see how your body reacts to the compound, Winny alone isn't what i reccommend, but if you have those then Winstrol would be the one to run.
Save the Tren for the 3-4th cycle

First cycle, TEST only. Maybe kickstart with an oral if you like.
You gotta revamp that diet bro. Tooooooooo many shakes. I used to be "shake guy" too. You said the word "office" so you probably have a busy schedule and its a pain in the ass to eat right. You need to repalace all those shakes except your post w/o one with meat. Now you probably know that.
If you have to have shakes as I did at one time, try this to make them a little more filling. Add 1-2 tbsp of natty PB to them. Add a cup of oats. That makes for a fat ass shake. Good carbs, good fats, lots of protein. You can sip it over time too cause they are real high in calories.

Definatley though, dont try tren for a first time. It "could" end up being a bad experience with sides that your not ready for and may ruin a good experience for you. Just test alone "should" be side effect free for the most part. I say "should":biggrin:

Yeah Burn ur right about the office and not having enough time in the day to eat right for sure. To be honest i have recently cut out sugar from my diet about 2months about, i might drink and icetea with dinner for a treat once and a while, but anyhow ever since i cut sugar out all the protein shakes make me feel like im cheating...cause they are so sweet. I'll work on it gotta cut down on them just way to easy and quick. I gotta try the nat PB and Oats, i like both and never tried

Hey if i can get my hands on Test would you reccommend i use it with the win?
