yes, rings allow you to bring your hands down your center line before you explode onto your triceps. On a pullup bar, you basically have to do a pullup so hard that your momentum carry's you up over the bar. That is an extremely advanced maneuver. There's probably only a very small percentage of even professional athletes that can do that.
^^^probably the best weight room wkt (non crossfit) I've ever done. I was skeptical at first about the one arm DB work, but his trainer in the video had a really good explanation for why they do it that way.
like who? I've asked a lot of people around the gyms I go to (3 in total) to do it or see if they can do it because I really want to learn it, I've only seen one guy do it and he was a crossfitter.
