Critique this quick cycle

iight so i finally decided to just run the var... im 5-10 195 with bf around 10 .... pct will be simple with nolva and some other legal supplements

anavar 6 weeks

40 mg ed (week 1 -5)
40 mg ed (first 2 days of week 6)
30 mg ed (days 3 and 4 of week 6)
20 mg ed (day 5 of week 6)
10 mg ed (the rest of week 6)
then start pct

I will be taking half of the daily dose in the morning, the other half at 4 pm (hopefully this will induce minimal shutdown)


any suggestions, changes, etc ....

How old are you? Why did you choose anavar only? No need to taper down like that and dividing your dose evenly throughout the day is good for blood levels but has no more impact on shutdown then if you took all at once...you need a better PCT read the PCT stickies
