this is gonna be my 2nd cycle, just curious what ya think. im 5-11 190, 12-13%bf. looking to "retain" 20 lbs

Looks pretty good to me. 20lbs is doable, but will of course have a lot of factors.

bump the test to 600mg and the fina to 75, otherwise looks great.

bump the finny up to 75 and run for 6 weeks
bump the winny up to 100 ed if you have it and run for a min of 6 weeks. if you stick with 50 ed, than still try for 6 weeks.

the test, well i'd go for the 600 too. i feel that always going of 500 is best.

20 pounds should come easy. good luck

100mg of winny without deca wont wreak havoc on my joints? i can afford to bump test to 500 but not 600

I would run the fina and winny 2 wks after the test. T200 is enanthate and is a long acting ester, which is why you wait three weeks to start clomid. Winny/fina are short esters, so you can run it 2 weeks past the test. Search Andy13 posts on esters. This will help you retain more and will not affect when you start clomid

Very nice cycle bro! I would bump the Test to 600mg/week if you have enough but other then that I would not change a thing. Keep us posted
