sure you can improve, every big guy you see out there at one point was your size

keep at it, stay on a clean diet be strict with your training and you wont regret it

Keep up the good work. As others said.. clean up the diet... up the cardio... and hammer the wieghts bro!

hey everyone thanks for all the good advice, i currently weigh 175 pounds, height 178cm. Im trying to bulk up before spring, cut during spring to be ready for summer fun :) I was thinking about doing AS but after reading many posts decided not to. A buddy that i know did some AS and gained much faster then me, made me jelous. He stopped working out for a couple weeks and shrunk like u wouldint believe, meanwhile i stopped working out because of exams and christmas and all my body mass is staying the same except for my gut which grows from christmas food and polish beer. Happy New Year to all of u.

im guessing he shrunk cause alot of what looked like muscle was just water retention and he did stop working out but its only been like 2 weeks, he was using nova during the cycle.

Welcome to the boards brother!! Definately a good foundation to build on. Similiar to myself. Also looks like you dont gain muscle at a quick rate, though I could be wrong. Im the same way. Im not sure how dedicated or serious you are about gaining muscle. Some people do it casually, others live and breathe it. You sound more casual about lifting. Youll really have to make it a lifestyle if you want to gain solid mass and maintain it. So Id say "Fuck summer fun!!" haha. If youre going to take it easy for a few months during summer, at the very least Id reccomend you do some maintenance work. I know Ill lose alot if I train light for 2 months, or not at all. It can set you back a long way. Ive been training nearly then years without the AAS and still making gains. Its a harder and longer road, but Id like to build a larger foundation before going on it. And Id reccomend the same. Either way, good work and KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT!!

you look really young. you probably don't know how to eat/train to grow yet naturally. you shouldn't be using AAS at this point.

you have decent arms. are you concentrating on your arms but ignoring other body parts such as your back and legs?

at your age you probably eat too much crap and if a college student drinking beer. college is a hard time to really get ripped unless you want to sacrifice all the fun times drinking and going to parties. enjoy your college vacation while it lasts. plenty of time to work on your physique out in the real world.

I would say keep lifting but do it harder and maybe change up your routine. Try something new and make sure you are hitting everything once a week. I am not 21 yet, I do chest on Mon; back tues; legs Wednes; shoulders thurs; arms fri; calfs three times a week and abs twice a week. If you are serious about lifting drop the beer for shakes and bars, protein bars. Lift though out the summer and when fall hits hit the as. Give it a try and see how you like it. My first cycle was test 200 suspension. I did it for 8 weeks, got cut as hell and ever since I have loved lifting. PEACE
