While it may not be needed to cycle creatine like many other supplements, I belive that iit is usually a good idea to take about a month break every three months or so. I have found that, at least for me, long cycles of creatine seem to loose there effect soon after this point, and after the break, regain there effect.
As for supplements between cycles, none is really needed, but they could be added as to personal preference. (Of course whey and carbs are always smart post work out.)
