Creatine

i have never had any luck with creatine. anyway the shit tears my stomach to peices. i would suggest some 1-ad androstene, but you better act fast it was just outlawed but the stores can still sell it for while. on the 1-ad i went up 25lb on bench and gained 12lbs of weight. i took it for 5 weeks.
 
hahahah I find creatine is a lot better. I got added boost in the gym when i took 1-ad but not much gains....my nuts shrank a bit....thats not good...i don't need anything else reducing!! Anyway creatine always give me bloat the first day i use it and from then on i just get swole and strong! ;)
 
I have to eat something before I down some.
I don't know if it works yet. I've read good info on it though.
 
there is enough subastantial proof out their to validate creatine as a staple supplement, i stay on it year round, excluding only football season, it's nothing drastic, but it produces consistent gains.
