creatine while cutting

yeah def.....just dont use too much caffeine...ive read under 200 to 300 mg is ok...i would use it maybe before a work out and maybe once in morning but def not post workout....it screws up creatine transport.....ma huang acutally increases creatine abosorbtion its the caffeine that screws it up. Also i would try using swole or v-12....ive had great results while cutting and staying lean. Creatine might even help you retain more muscle.....the use of v-12 snd swole allow nice absorbtion without the carbs.....

my post workout shake has:
35g of protein,1/3 cup of dextrose and 10g of creatine
is this ok? can i up my creatine to 15g?
5g before training and 10g postworkout, what do you think?

nah 10 a day is cool.....dext is ok after you workout....might wanna throw in some maltodextrin too 1/4 cup of each. If not i wouldnt worry....get some R-ala though if you can afford it. That stuff is keeping me stable through my cuttting...awesome stuff

I read in the latest muscle and fiction ... err sorry muscle and fitness that creatine can help cutting cos the extra muscle weight from creatine boosts your RMR, i guess that kinda makes sense but im just worried that the water retention from creatine will cover up the ripped look

There's no reason to take more than 5g of creatine per day unless you're loading. You don't need to take it both before and after your workout...either/or. You should take all 5g at once though. If you're taking creatine while cutting, then you should take it after your workout with like 25g whey protein and 50g simple carbs.

Maltodextrin and dextrose will have the exact same effect on your blood sugar. There is no need to take both. The only effective difference is that dextrose is very sweet and maltodextrin isn't sweet.

Again, there is NO reason to take more than 5g of creatine per day, except during a loading phase. 10g is not better than 5g, it only costs twice as much.

depends on bodyweight....sorry broh....i am 240...i need 9 grams accrording to research.....if you are loading more than 5 grams is not needed...you can also eat red meat and stay loading for up to 4 weeks according to Tim Zingefuss (sorry for spelling)
