I actually like to use creatine on some cycles. I swear it helps prevent extracellular bloating and keeps the water in the muscle cell.

It never worked for me by itself, but I had some crazy muscle pumps when I mixed it with Anadrol

When ever I am off cycle. I am gonna use it while on this bulk cycle coming up after reading Hucks article about Creatine benifits while "on"

I can never fucking stay on it. I have a mental block that does not allow me to mix it and take it every day. I don't know why. When I first got to college, I got a shitload of the stuff for free, so I took a loading dose for three months and ate like a horse. I gained almost 30 pounds (definately not all solid, but I'm an offensive lineman, so I need all the weight i can get) and put 65 pounds on my bench. I'm a believer in the stuff, I just never discipline myself to take it anymore.

Does anyone know what the recommended Time ON/Time OFF is for creatine. Someone here mentioned 2 months ON/2 Months OFF... Does everyone agree with that or have other opinions.

I read that it is very bad to never go off creatine... Apparently your body will eventually stop manufacturing it's own creatine if you don't cycle off it periodically.

I've been on it strait for at least a year. I don't know if it even does anything for me anymore, I'm just scared to quit.
:)

I cycle it, the last time i did creatine alone, i went from 188 to 205 lbs in about 2 weeks. I was holding in so much water it was unbelieveable.

year round. i lower dose to 1-3g ed for most the year but fr a few months of the year its 5-10g ed

Nice 9 yr bump!

^^^^^^^good to know. I'm doing sprints in the am and lifting in the pm.....4 days/week. Looking for an easy, economical way to get everything I need before and after both workouts

I personally take a few weeks off every few months and/or at the end of a cut when I want to lose any extra water weight and get a little drier.

Kinda get lazy with the powder but now all year round with the sci fit Kre Alk 1500, little noticeable endurance with it, and connivence of a pill is nice

personally i dont believe u have to cycle creatine.. various views on this topic though

i use Ancient Strength sold at ntbm.com.. its a very good product that includes 3 forms of creatine. its on sale now for about 18 bucks..cant beat that

Powerchews.com has some new innovative way to take your creatine. 5 grams per serving of Creapure.

I love creatine and always use it. No reason not to.

I take a creatine product on every stack. I see more recovery and strength gains when using. I just did a log on APS Creatine Nitrate and that stuff is unreal. I liked the fact that I didn't get any bloating feeling. Also I'm doing Man Creatine Orthine I ordered from Orbitnutrition.com right now and can see my strength go up. I've never noticed any side effects from creatine except the ones of years ago with too much sugar and added ingredients.

Creatine seems to affect my cardio somewhat and it gives me the runs pretty bad. I have adjusted dosage and it got better but Im always afraid im gonna crap my pants

I'd recommend PowerChews.com creatine then. Nice chewables that taste great and do not affect your stomach. Very great stuff!

Creatine is very effective and worth taking. I wouldn't go without it. If the rest bother your stomach, I'd absolutely would try PowerChews.com creatine then.

Dittos. I take creatine ed just like a multi vitamin. Never understood the whole cycling deal for creatine. I don't cycle protein, why would I need to cycle creatine. Just my opinion though.

I use creatine all year round , I also use glutamine all year round pre and post workout at the bear minimum , I used to think it made me hold water till I realized my diet just sucked lol , I've used it all the way up to the day of my show and I feel under that calorie deficit it helps to keep water in the muscles and help them from being flat
