I can honestly say that I don't think I will ever buy another supplement besides protein. I make the EXACT same gains on gear whether or not I supplement with Creatine/Glutamine. I'm sure taking them can't hurt, but I'm done throwing my $$$ away. Just finished my 5th cycle gaining 8lbs when PCT was completed, same as last cycle when I used creatine/glutamine. What do you bros think?
