Creatine/Glutamine CRAP!!!

I can honestly say that I don't think I will ever buy another supplement besides protein. I make the EXACT same gains on gear whether or not I supplement with Creatine/Glutamine. I'm sure taking them can't hurt, but I'm done throwing my $$$ away. Just finished my 5th cycle gaining 8lbs when PCT was completed, same as last cycle when I used creatine/glutamine. What do you bros think?
 
Yeah, and glutamine the most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue. With the correct diet, and aas, the only other way up is correct supplement use. Perhaps you haven't got your diet straight?
Creatine is essential for muscle fuel, though we can produce it in the body, supplementing with it can further assist and prevent lactic acid build up, especially if you use creatine malate as the malate helps to remove the toxic chemicals that build up during exercise.
 
There are few supplements that I really believe in, but creatine is definitely one! Almost everyone I know has responded to it, but I do have a few friends that didn't respond to it...even creatine + carbs. Everyone is different, but for me, creatine gives me great pumps and definitely helps stamina in the gym.

I agree.
With the exception of maybe energy stimulants.
 
Glutamine is worthless crap.

Creatine works but there are a few non responders.

There are plenty of benificial herbs and nutrients but it takes some time to know what does what. Considering a lot of guys don't even know how gear does what it does and how and why it works I'm not surprised theyre not inclined to investige supps very closly. That doesn't mean they're worthless. And this is coming from a guy who has written on the subject and believes 90% of the stuff on the shelves is junk. But some stuff is great and is making a huge difference in health, recovery, anti aging and muscle growth.

Sorry you feel that way, but it works for me.
