Creatine Ethyl Ester results?

I just got the caps from AF, What dose are u guys doin? 10 grams a day? I never did creatine before.

3-6 caps (2.1 to 4.2g). with 6 being very high end dosing

Didnt notice much difference between Ethyl ester and regular.
